Processes Monthly payroll, including regular pay, bonuses, and off-cycle payments as needed.
Process Business trips, sick-leave and annual leave payments
Conducts weekly audits of overtime records.
Stays updated on payroll systems and wage/tax law changes, implementing necessary updates.
Handles stop payment requests, manual check processing, and related system adjustments.
Addresses employee inquiries regarding payroll policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in high-volume payroll processing (Accounting and HR experience is a plus).
Higher education in Economics with a focus on Finance.
Experience managing payroll for 50+ employees.
Proficiency in 1C
Strong understanding of wage and hour regulations.
Knowledge of state and federal tax requirements.
Experience with Time & Attendance system administration.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong math and logic skills.
Languages: Advanced proficiency in English, Russian.
